Looking for a programmer to make a script to be used for generating of leads.

Hello, I'm looking for a programmer who is skilled in making script which will be used for scrapping of data at any website. I want to scrapped about 450k individuals (lebanese only) with the given format in excel. I need individuals with their company name, first name, last name, phone, email, sector/industry, and address. Fixed budget of $400. Please message me if you're the one I'm looking for. Thank you.
