Looking for a PHP developer to help me regularly with projects

I'm a noob developer, working on a few PHP projects.

I regularly have problems or am stuck on code writing, so having someone on skype to ping for help would be a tremendous help.

I pay a couple of people at the moment for this help, but they are next to useless, they never reply to skype messages, and if they do help, their internet connection is too bad to do a screen share.

I need someone who can use zoom or similar to help me debug things when they come up.

I'm happy to pay a reasonable price per issue, the minimum payment per issue is $10.

Yeah I post on stack, but sometimes the question just gets an "evaporated" response
