Hello


I am looking for a payment processing solution to process the payments for my online pharmacy. This is a well established pharmacy had lots of return customer. The chargebacks are less than 1%.

I don't mind partnering with someone who can process my payments through their merchant account and take some commission on total percentage of sales.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours and tracking numbers can be provided on request.

You're a well established pharmacy, why doesn't your bank provide a payment solution?

Even for a well established legit pharma getting a merchant account isn't as easy as you think.
 
And you chargeback rate is what? You know Visa only? Where have you been processing before and why did you lost your MA?

try stripe.com they are very flexible on commissions especially when you got volume
 
OP, any of the "merchant account providers" that suggest that you contact them should be fully vetted before you hop in bed with them.

One thing you should be checking is if they are listed as PCI certified payment provider.

The chargeback rate is damn low....less than 1%... Yeah i know the VISA only condition of some gateways (the ones that are still providing processing for online pharmacies)....Been processing with different payment aggregators..... But kinda sick n tired of all these scammers :(

That's not the payment gateway nor the acquiring bank that requires Visa only for this type of business it is MasterCard that don't want to process for this industry. Why Visa continues Is a good question. Anyway, using some sort of aggregated account with some processor will bring you in the position to be scammed or the account to be shut down, you may know that very well.

Going into the Pharmacy business (unlicensed and most often controlled drugs) is like the BHW method churn & burn.. you are limited on time, you need to cash out as fast as possible and already have the next company and website ready! There are millions of $$$ to make easely and fast, if you don't care about ohter people on this earth, which most don't.
 
I'm in the same situation. Stripe canceled our account with a monthly turnover of 20k.
Did you find any option?
