Hey guys, I've ran some big sites before and managed to sell all of them for a good profit. This time I have started a new business that is an online learning center, selling university style courses.

I have got a good following and it's earning decent month $5k a month. I'm looking for a partner to help me grow it further and to share some of the workload. The percentage is 50:50.

Would you be spliting the existing $5k 50/50 to help invest in advertising or do you want to keep the $5k and your prospective partner needs to fund the advertising to grow?
