Looking for a partner/advice

I had an idea for a site recently that could potentially make some $$

I was thinking that I (and a partner) could establish a niche forum and ask some really intuitive people that are very savy on the niche to join it. maybe they'd get a cut of the profit too... anyway after inviting a bunch of people start making it a pay forum and it could be like an elite forum. maybe on marketing/seo.. idk.

potentially make a lot of money and establish a good forum. feedback?

nothing new and there's already 1000 public and private forums on every single category of making money online, seo, websites, etc

That's not a niche. The IM world is huge and all the stuff in "private" and "elite" forums is always leaked or free in another one. In other words unless you can come up with something exceptionally amazing you probably won't see any cash.
