Ok since I was the one who asked you to open this thread then let me give you a few tips.

Your first mistake was not thinking this through at all with your opening post.

Please don't leave any room for mistakes and opportunities as you did.. by the looks of it you are not sure what you need and the people are already lining up to rip you off.

You need a virtual assistant and that is it.

You are not paying them for any links live, otherwise, they will again charge you on top of what the webmasters are charging from them.. how do you even know they are conducting outreach to begin with and not using the same old shared databases?

Hire a VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR RESEARCH!

You need them to do the following:

1. Be able to use SEMrush for research
2. Be able to make a list of preferred sites with metrics and present them to you
3. Be able to reach out to the site owners and ask how much they charge for a link placement, then provide you the information

--- That's it. Everything else you do on your own.

Once you have that information in hand, the domains and all site's metrics and how much each webmaster charges, then you will reach out to these webmasters yourself with your own email and ask them to insert your link inside their site. After which, you pay to the webmaster directly. You don't pay for link placements to your virtual assistant.... they are only conducting research on your behalf.

Hiring a virtual assistant to do this job won't cost you more than $300-400 per month.

What you are asking in your current opening post is a doomsday scenario.. you want a virtual assistant to create content for you and you want to pay them for the links while you get all this directly from the source... for what for???

EDIT: Many of these guys who are responding to you here are already link sellers who are selling this service out of their own existing databases, which you specifically didn't want... because you are sending mixed signals so make sure to mention you are only looking for a virtual assistant who does outreach for you—this and that only.
