Looking for a Logo Designer with good creativity and imagination

I'am looking for a logo designer that can brainstorm ideas and come up with logo concepts for my business. You have to have good creativity and imagination, as i will tell you roughly what there should be on a logo, but i am not able to give you EXACT instructions or examples on how it should look like, so don't expect this from me, that is the reason i am looking for a logo designer that would research, see what my business is about and what values it should reflect. If i notice generated low quality, bland and dull logos being sent over, the deal will be stopped immediately so you don't waste my time and i don't waste yours.

So here's the deal:
I will pay 200$ for the logo, not less not more, you make the logo that i am happy with you get 200$. There will be no upfront payments.
