I must say I hope someone picks this offer up; Sunny is a great guy I myself was looking into this offer and just today have concluded that I can't spare the capital right now. It was certainly a close call.

Value like this doesn't come along often in JV's so I would advise anyone who can to go ahead and jump on board!

I can also vouch for Sunny. We almost had a JV of our own, and he was always very particular about being very honest in our planned dealings with the BHW forum members.

If I were in his place, I would have started a shitlist thread for this "bitscuplt" guy. He chose not to. So I suggest the flamers stay away from this thread.

I have finalized the talks with Thomas(meathead1234) and we're starting from 1st March.
