Looking for a JV partner

Cutting the long story short....I was recently contact by "bitscuplt" here for my VA service. After discussion, we came to agreement that I setup another office, hire staff and get them all working for both of us. After the setup cost of $10,000 for new office and recurring expenses of $3000, I am not able to find him now.I had a last chat with him on skype on 9th Feb and he was last online on 9th of Feb on BHW as well. I don't know if he's in some problem or not but I feel like that I am screwed now because he agreed to share the expenses 50-50.

Now I have office, staff and everything but now I need someone to share my expenses and get work from my team.

In the new office, I have 8 SEO workers, one team leader, one HTML developer, one programmer and a content writer.

If you're looking to outsource your work, get some grunt work done, even data entry, we are up for that.

P.S.: I'd be expecting one month share upfront as a security so that I don't get ripped off again.
P.P.S.: We have registered LLC in the US. So, if anyone from US is interested, that'd be preferred and we can have an agreement.

I can vouch for Sunny's brilliant SEO service. Very effective. Sure this would be a great JV for someone.
 
@ OP with a newbie member and having this rep not sure why you fall in the JV and lost 13K.

You are an old bhw member and I can't make myself understand the reason behind the JV you did with this noob and now when he is not responding, you are posting another JV thread claiming to give you money in advance.

Where is your previous JV thread where you and bitscuplt agreed upon doing JV? What are the proofs that you own an office and all the things you claimed are true? Sorry being a lil skeptical here on you but just want to get more information as you are posting a JV thread here on bhw.

The guy was using my VA service for 3 months so I know he was a legit one. He is not responding, doesn't mean he ran away. I have been working with him and maybe he's in a bit of problem. I din't say he was a scammer. Its just that he stopped replying,maybe things are not good with him.


Anyways, if someone is really interested, I can post the pics of office and also, will soon setup CCTV system for the partner so that he keeps getting live feeds.

If you have any more suspicion, let me know.


Also, i'd request only the members who are interested in the JV should post here. Not the ones who come just to raise doubts.

There is NO special rule on this forum AFAIK to abide its members to NOT post on *YOUR* threads. Correct me if there is any.

Would like to also add here that everyone who is willing to do a JV with you have rights to post the questions he/she may have in mind and if you don't like getting questioned then you would not have posted this thread in the first place.

And your pretty much saying you want someone to pay $3000 a month in expenses,or if your saying share that cost then $1500 but from what I saw, you didnt say exactly what the Jv partner gets out of this....

@OP - Please post photos of your office and please specify what kind of services are you ready to provide along with your rates.

What Dheer has said is absolutely correct. This kind of questioning is required and this is what will hopefully keep BHW free of scammers.

The JV partner gets 4 full time SEOers working dedicatory for him, one content writer,one html developer and a team leader working for us both on a shared basis.

I don't want to post such pics on a public forum. If someone is really interested, I can happily share those in private.

Also, this is not a service request, Its a JV for staff.
 
I'm not understanding this JV. You want someone in US to do what exactly? You want someone to pay money? Yes or NO? If yes, then I'm out(shark tank)
 
The JV seems pretty straight forward.

You provide work, he provides staff to complete the work. You pay him for his staff.
 
OK is it $1500 or $3000 for the month, if $1500 and you get the staff full time seems OK if not maybe outsourcing still the way.

I know you dont want flamers but we need info before we jump in, what about a reference from other Indian based BHw can they verify premises I mean anyone can get pics?

$1500 for half the staff....I just want someone to share expenses and get work done. I won't give away whole office for $3000 because that'd just cover the expenses and i'd neither be left with any staff nor the profit.
 
Basically you are buying staff for $1500. Is this a JV or is this masked as a JV? Think about it guys. You are buying staff for your business, nothing more nothing less.
 
He was on skype a little earlier for those concerned. I had him do some work for me. For the stuff Sunny has done for me, the turnaround time is always great, he fixes the stuff that isn't working right, and he's good with communication.

If I needed some of the services he's providing, I'd jump on this as he comes off as trustworthy to me.

Btw, he was referring to the guy because of whom I am in problem.

An update: We're talking to a highly reputed member for this JV and hopefully things will go through soon.

Window is open at the moment and but hopefully, I will update the thread soon.
