Looking for a Joint Venture for my Youtube Channel

I have started a youtube channel two months back and trying to grow it daily but the problem is I am not getting good number of views. I make videos myself so there is no copied content in my channel and If I have taken something from any channel then I have credited for it.

I am looking for a partner who can help me grow subscribers and get tons of views daily so that I can purely focus on creating videos. You can see my channel here.
