Looking for a Good Programmer Who Can Make a Proxy Software or RDSL

As stated in the title we need a programmer who has some background in creating a software for proxies or RDSL. We do not want to deal with anyone who has not done this before and we do not want to deal with anyone who does not have a history here on BHW.

Curious, do the open source proxy solutions out there not meet your requirements? And if not what features or services are lacking

Probably they require working around ports in the router and that could be a problem

Mate i am not aware about anything related to proxy bot, just need someone who can make proxy bot for me with US Ip rotation and i can choose proxies myself from any country or city.

There are proxy services/software out already, like HMA. You can pick the country and city, but it's slow.
If you want the same thing, but faster, you'll have to spend some good amount of money for that and do some good research to find the right service.

If you're looking for something custom though, I can build you a software that use different US IPs, residential IPs.
It's going to use an API from a proxy service (like HMA), which is not free, but the IPs are very good. Used it in over 5 projects.
