Looking for a developer for web-based service

Hello, i'm looking for a developer willing to develop a web based tool with high probability to become profitable.
For what i know about developing, it should be an easy tool to develop. The niche is social media (sub-niche actually), and as of now i found only one competitor, born a few months ago, that's having nice results.
I offer my marketing and monetization skills, and we will obviously split profits equally.
