Get a cheap big vps on any known host like OVH, setup a reverse proxy on DMCA ignored host. DMCA ignored host cost more than regular host. This setup will be good if you manage to get big amount of traffic.

You will buy a vps on dmca ignored host with less configuration and setup a reverse proxy on it to hide your real VPS ip which will host the site. This way even in long run if your website grow, you will need more space and bandwidth, but it will be cheaper on regular hosts like OVH. But if you try to expand your site for more space and bandwidth on DMCA ignored host, it will cost more. Its all about reducing your expenses and maximizing your profit when you are running a warez site or something similar. As these sites can generate traffic volume faster than regular sites.
