If you've haven't done so already, I would so some networking on LinkedIn. There's tons of "Business Opportunities" there and if you get to know the right connects and businesses you can really get a nice list going!

I really don't know how to use LinkedIn to build email lists of entrepreneurs and business opportunity seekers.

I would really just prefer to buy leads or email lists of fresh business opportunity seekers.

I actually re read your reply. It's very good, thanks. I will do that but I would also like to do some straight up list buys or solo ads with people that are already operating in the entrepreneur/bizopp space here on BHW.
