We Currently Looking for an Experienced Business Development Manager who can increase our business by bringing more customers from online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.

Candidate must have experience working as a Business Developer in IT firms.

Candidate Who Understand Customer Needs And Requirements.

• Candidate must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Lead Generation and Client follow-ups.
• Should have proven track record in the field of IT Software development/ Web development services.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, presenting, and negotiating and contract execution.
• Understand the Clients business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine optimal solutions to meet the client’s objectives.
• Should have relevant experience in the field of selling Web Design, Development.
• Generate Business Leads on regular basis using online portals.
• Work under B M Softwares Business Model or modify according to the new level.
• Manage Business Developer Team and make sure they are also reaching their goals and achieving Targets.
• Communicate with clients on a regular basis and update them about work status and report.
• Convert the verbal communication into a Scope of Work for every client after cold calls or skype meetings.
• International business development experience, especially in US, Australia and UK, markets to get Potential Clients form these Markets.

• We work mainly in website development in PHP (Core PHP, Magento, WordPress, Joomla, WooCommerce)
• .NET Programming (ASP.NET, VB.NET)
