1) Allows instantaneous purchase and then sending
2) Has minimal fees
3) Isn't overly complicated to use
4) Of course, also safe, secure, etc. etc.
5) Allows me to use it in my current locality

Failures:
-Blockchain (doesn't work where I live)
-Coinbase (no instantaneous send)
-Exodus (couldn't buy)
-Bitflyer (doesn't allow sending of BTC)
-Cashapp (banned)
-Kraken (unavailable in my area)
-Bitcoin wallet (couldn't buy)
-Xapo (don't remember)
-robinhood (can't send or receive)
-electrum (can't purchase btc)
-bittrex (requires direct deposit, way too expensive)
-luno wallet (not available in US)
-paxful (not available in my state)
-btc.com (not available in my state)
-coinomi (not available in my state)
-atomic (not available, probably a location issue)
-trezzor (have to buy a physical thing, not ready to commit to that)
-localbitcoins (wack exchange rates, plus too complicated to buy)
-binance (not available in my state)
-BRD (high fees, long waits)
-Okex (not available in US)

I would love if someone can help <3

Don't think there is anything that fits all your needs.

(But i will take a moment to warn against.... Bitcoin com & Blockchain com, these are RogerVer sites, known for deceiving users, tricking them into buy cheap altcoins instead of buying real Bitcoin)

Have you looked at KuCoin? The fees vary depending on the crypto.

You can only instantly buy and then send it if you have a debit card attached, thats why cashapp lets you buy instantly, as does coinbase, but the limits are smaller, why cant you attach debit to coinbase?

Also, the fastest way to fund your wallet same day is with a wire.

There is really no way of getting around this, you cant purchase BTC without having cash in the wallet.

Why not just send a large sum to coinbase USD wallet and then you can instantly purchase/send BTC as you feel, thats the only real solution here.

Exodus to store on a FRESHLY installed OS or Cold Storage offiline. And only BUY through any of the reputable dealers online.

I don't think there is a wallet that meets all your requirements, unfortunately.

Use some sort of services to buy btc and then store them on Enjin wallet.

Well some on your list are wallets and some are exchanges. So you might need a wallet and an exchange. Use a mobile wallet, I like Trust Wallet.
