Hello.

I am looking for someone who can do some coding like sweetleaks.com. The bot allows me to put on my website (php). It has function RT, Fav, Quote RT, and Reply.

Now I messaged him on skype, he totally ignored me and never replied.

Report him to BlackHatWorld's administrators. Contact your bank or paypal for fraud. Call for an immediate cash back.

It turns out gigahertz contacted me first and asked me to talk to him on Skype.

He asked me to pay for him $40 upfront and he will start doing the bot. He promised that it will be done 48hours to 72hours.

However, it has been 4 days and he ignored my request and no response for my bot.

1. i think there is a waiting time for shitlist threads to be approved?(maybe)

2. I know you have to post the screenshots of the chat logs(skype/whatever) otherwise anyone could do what you just did.
 
I don't have a paypal acc but I think they have some kind of anti scam refund policy, so contact them right away.

Who said that I have a bot for this ? I said that for those who still want this, PM (because I can make it). From your previous comments, I see that you're looking to get this bot for $50-$100. And I can't do it for this low budget. If it were a bot that I was already selling somewhere, yes, it would have been another situation. Also, next time you want to see a bot, ask for a video, not for a screenshot. I can make you a "screenshot" with the ultimate bot, that "works" for every website out there.
