Looking for a Bot Developer to Send Bulk Messages on SEOClerk

I am looking for a bot developer who can send bulk messages on SEOClerk
Needless to say, the bot should be smart enough so that it doesn't get detected.
Payment after product is tested and delivered.

Anymore details? HTTP request browserless or browser bot (Selenium,etc.) . Does it need to be able to create accounts first before sending the messages or will you BYOA?....

Thanks for your interest and I' glad you asked these questions. Let me summarize the requirements and give some more info:

1. I am not a tech guy so I am not sure about the terms you have used or the correct tech to be used for this bot.
2. Nope, it does need to create accounts. The main objective of the bot is listed in the next point
3. The main objective:

There are 100s of reviews on each services on SEOClerk. And the best way to contact prospects would be by messaging the buyers who have left reviews on the gigs. All this can be done manually however SEOClerk catches it once too many messages are sent. As a result, an infraction is placed. The reason, I believe. might be because messages are sent too fast manually (let's say 20 messages are being sent across 1 hour) and bam infraction!

Now I do not want a bot which can send 1000s of messages in 1 hour. Rather I need the opposite
The bot should be able to message around 50 - 100 buyers spread across 24 hours.

Spin option should definitely be there and proxies too though I am not sure how much important is proxies in this case.
