Basically, OP's looking for a SELF-REPORTED backlink notification tool

The free backlink checkers out there might not retrieve the backlinks you have - plus they may be using older caches

Your best bet would be a custom-coded tool. You can get one built through BHW. Check here.

I see it's based on Laravel Nova It needs some improvement but looks promising. For some reason backlink checker shows all of the anchors whether the link is yours or not.

Ahrefs and SEMrush are the two best tools for backlink checking.

In addition to what other members here stated, I would also recommend you a hidden backlink checker subscription. Absolutely essential nowadays where everyone is using PBNs.
