You can use ubbersuggest to check for backlinks, but you won't be able to create alerts on link drops.

I tried some of the tools mentioned in the past, but I don't think they specifically monitor the supplied backlinks only. I often run the link campaigns and want to be sure the arranged links stay on that specific website. In case any of it goes down, I would like to receive the email. I actually use the software for this purpose but I'm looking for an online tool now.

I have ahref account but they just show all backlinks like most of the tools mentioned here (and none of them shows 100% of backlinks). I want to track only the ones which was acquired via link building efforts.
small seo tools does the job but you have to submit the links every time manually. I want to add the list of websites and forget. The tool should check the links every day whether it's dead or alive. It looks like it's easier to create a script by myself rather than to find an existing tool

It lacks email notifications, but if you know a bit of php, you might get around that.

This is what I was actually looking for, thanks!
I see it's based on Laravel Nova
It needs some improvement but looks promising. For some reason backlink checker shows all of the anchors whether the link is yours or not.
