Looking for a already made easy Telegram bot/HAF for a Easy bot Creation

Hey BHW i hope you all are doing great!
I'm searching for a Telegram Automation/Bot which will work like this.

• Post Messages into the Groups i Choose
• Post different Messages which i provide
• Post with delays of 15-20 min
• Should work in a loop, once the bot posted into all of the groups he would start from the beginning again so it would work 24H

Thats is, its nothing really special. If anyone of you already know a bot like this please let me know about that, if you are a Programmer and would like to create something easy like this, please contact me with your price.
