Hi, we are the Fermio Agency! We are doing model manegement (chatting and traffic). We also work with other agencies and provide them with advertising services.
At the moment we need a chatting manager for our team. Who will be able to build a team. You can find more details below!
Responsibilities:
1. Supervising the chatters on the form (you are responsible for the revenue on the form)
2. Uploading content / making up mass mailings
3. Communicating with chatters and checking reports after the shift
4. communication with agency management. Setting up a work plan
5. Team building (hiring, interviewing, leadership)
Competencies:
1. You are responsible, friendly
2. You have experience being a leader
3. You have practical experience in chatting. You know what you need to do to improve the situation
4. You have a good speech skills, you know how to sell. You are constantly looking for better results. You are hungry for more money.
5. You are a hard worker. We work as a team, and we need someone who loves what they do.
We can provide the model with traffic (we can do 40-100 fans per day. Or even more!!!), but we don't want to do the chatting. So we can say we are looking for a partner. Who will be able to work with us in the long term. I hope we will find such a person to our team!
We are hardworking and we love and know how to do marketing and traffic! We are lacking a responsible person in the chatting department! Our goal is to make $200,000 a month minimum!
