Long Time Lurker

Hey guys, I've been a long-time lurker on these forums and finally signed up. I've run websites and blogs, run every type of social media marketing, Adsense, CPA, Clickbank.... but I tend to be a little late to the party on most things.

This time, the goal is clear. I'm working on putting 20K aside towards a flat using everything I can possibly think of.
