Hello guys,
So my story is long but I will try to be brief.
I have multiple legit YT channels that have been monetised for long and all connected to one Adsense account.
A new channel got into YPP (movies niche for those who are curious
and wanted to enable advanced features (links in descriptions) but unexpectedly this triggered Google to ask me to verify my identity and address on the payment profile that I use for Adsense ( PIN was verified years ago).
I’ve already submitted all required identity and address documents (ID and residency proof) through the secure form. Got a message after 5 days that my account was escalated to a specialist team for manual review.
20 days passed by and they disabled all ads serving on my channels, kicked me out of YPP and the adsense account has been showing "temporarily disabled pending ID and address verification"
When you click on action, it shows "verification in progress". This has been like this now for nearly 6 months with no hope for a fix.
Contacted YPP support multiple times who always assure me that my ticket is already escalated and under review. TeamYouTube on X asked for screenshots and then ghosted me ever since.
On the side note: I have another payment profile but it's empty and connected to Google play. I have a another separate channel on this email (not related to the above ecosystem) and I wanted to trigger this verification loop on this email as well to measure the resolution time thus I can pinpoint what is the exact issue so I enabled advanced features on this side channel and of course Google triggered verification on the payment profile so I also submitted documents for this. This empty account, that does have only Google play, got verified but after 5 months !
So if anyone had a case like this or went through a similar experience, please comment or DM. If anyone thinks they can fix this or at least help this thing go further an extra mile, I can discuss compensation.
