Tried to re-post in that thread. It was locked up. But, the entire thread is off topic from post #5 down. Clearly a rule violation of 3.5 post count inflation. Why was my post the only one deleted? Oh, wait I'm supposed to just fall in line. Then I guess I refer to my original post...

lol

Rule 3.5 engaging in post count inflation by posting excessive amounts of short replies for the sole purpose of inflating your post count.

Some of the other posts may be considered by some as off topic, but they were questions being asked in a thread.
As I have already explained above, your comment was neither a question nor did it offer any value to that or any other thread away from the Lounge. :)

If it's too difficult for you to comprehend what short, pointless, spammy posts look like, here's a couple of examples;

Wonderful examples. Clearly abusing the system. All other posts in those two threads are highly relevant and on topic to the subject matter. I really should have thought for a few minutes before posting, and then rewrote whatever I originally wrote. Is there a pre-submit so I can verify my posts are well within the rules? Something like market place moderation, so that way I don't violate rule 3.5.

Alternatively just grow up. The moderators don't get paid to moderate the forum, there is no ulterior motive and we're just trying to do the best job that we can which isn't helped with comments like the ones you've made in this thread. Why not just read between the lines and try to post less short snappy replies and more valuable posts? Who cares if someone else gets away with posting a short snappy reply and you don't?

You still exist?

Oh, so if I am in the middle of 10 posts that are "short snappy," and ONLY MINE gets deleted, I'll be happy to know that mods are doing their best!

It's a mindset thing, right?

Complain to [email protected] if you think the mods are out of line.

Complaining in the public forum make you look petty and I'm sure you are not petty.

Thread closed as it has gone off the rails, outside of it's lane and is detrimental to the universe at this point.
