The first one (top) is better. It looks more elegant and the elements of the logo complement. Nice work and job well done!

Top one is top notch. Looks like a high end real estate agent. The second one is more meh. Doesn't hit any strong points for me. Actually it doesn't hit any points for me. Looks like someone took his name. Stuffed something right in the middle and made it more difficulty for me to read.
