Logo - top or bottom one?

actually the bottom one isn't bad either...XD did you make both of these? they are admittedly very nice. Maybe you can help me out with my own logo haha its very basic =/. but Ya I take back what I said they are both very well made :)

Definitely the top one, it looks much more professional and memorable
 
The top one looks better and it's more professional than bottom one.
 
Both are great, but the top one is more suitable for real estate imo.

Both look professional, but I think the two initials in the bottom one as someone mentioned, can be misleading due to the font used for the two letters. Where as the first one, it is straight and easy to interpret, so I would say the top one out of these two.

However, if you did for example take out the two initials in the bottom logo, that would be my preference for a business of that sort.
 
Professionally the logo should be always on top. So the i suggest the you should go for the top one.
