I created a Page using Elementor free plugin. I want to lock the entire page. Only my clients can access them.

I will give my clients a unique code. When they visit the page they will have to input the code to unlock the page content.

the page content is simple blog. there is no download or any software link. Just a simple article.

How can I do the lock? Is there any plugin?

There's a panel to the right of the page where you can click on the "EDIT" hyperlink to the right of the "Visibility: Public" row and you can select from there to make the page password protected / private. See the image attached

Client Name - Mark
I will set the password - Mark123

Client Name - Julie
I will set the password - Booty123

There will be individual password for individual client.

From the dashboard, head to Pages » All Pages. Click Edit on the page content you want to hide. In the top left corner, under the Status and Visibility settings click the Public link. From there, select the Password Protected option to protect your page and enter a password.
