I haven't posted here in years. And maybe my old age is catching up to me with figuring things out.

So I\m originally from the US, currently living in Mexico. Been here a year, after 4 months it changed to Mexico, so everything I post doesn't appear in front of US based users, only Mexican, and since everything is post is in English, engagement has been throttled..getting on interaction from the people who follow me from the US.

So obviously I know you have to use the proxie method, and I tried using Nakamuras method Method HEre

I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if there is a better way. Basically I want to 24/7 spoof my location, my main phone has a pay as you go sim card from the US, and I also have 3 other androids with no sim cards.

1. I'm using SmartProxy and the mobile settings.
Settings
Location: USA
ASN: ATT Mobility LLC
OS: Android
Session Time: Sticky (30m)
Protocol: Endpoint:port

2. I have my android in Developer mode to spoof the location using Anyto (using LA as my location since that's where I lived) I also change my settings on my android to that time zone as well.

3. Here's is where I get a little confused. I tried using ShadowRocket...it doesn't have the HTTP set up, unless I am doing something wrong. but it is hte android app and it doesn't look like the way the Apple one looks.

4. I tried using Proxifier: but it doesn't seem to connect. I enter us.Smartproxy.com with the port number. Or should I stick with gate since that's the url it gave me for my above smartproxy settings.

5. If I get the proxy part to work, does this mean I just have to use IG on my non sim card phone, or is there a way to use it on my USA based sim still when I'm out and about. And will using the apps prevent me from using any browser with the app, or can I enter it manually in the wifi settings?

Thanks so much for your help, and I guess the part I really struggle with is just inputing the proxy into the right proxy app.

Hey

I'm familiar with this problem, having lost quite a bit of time with a localization problem. I've created a thread to explain my problem.

First, be careful with your sim card, even if it's American. It will want to connect to the nearest antenna!
Try this app: SIM Card Info (playstore). You'll see that the country isn't the USA but Mexico in your case.

This why I Activate airplane mode!

Proxy : Personally, I use this app: Super Proxy (SCHELER Software). You can allow/disallow apps.

5.I don't know if it a good solution...but...try to share the internet connection of phone (with USA sim card) to another without sim card.

Or use an app like this : https://www.cloneapp.net/

Ok so I basically should use my phone with no SIM card at all. And just connect to wifi, and maybe use the spoof geo location using the any to app, and then use the proxily from smart proxy (mobile) and then put it into super proxy. I entered it in but it doesn't boot it just restarts
