Alright, hear me out I've pulled this off before but it's not an easy task. See this is usually a highly sophisticated job, but with the right tools can be pulled off! What you will need to buy is two pay as you go phones, a walkie talkie and you will need access to a public phone. Place the pay as you go on the table and call any number, now while the call is connected use your walkie talkie to identify the signal or channel at which it interferes with the pay as you go. Now, call the mobile number you are trying to locate with the pay as you go that is placed on the table. Once the call is connected and your walkie is on the right signal, start creating radial circles with the walkie talkie until the interference is at its peak. Now, drive towards that direction and repeat. Once the trajectory of interference switches to being behind you, you have passed your target. At this point, leave your pay as you go where you are and find nearest public telephone from before target mobile. From there call the pay as you go you left on the ground, now you have a wave length "string" and you know the mobile you are locating is somewhere in the middle. Call the target mobile from your second pay as you go, when you interfere with the "string" there will be high interference, pull out the walkie talkie and you will be able to hear the call between the pay as you go and the mobile target, as the sound gets louder on the walkie, you are getting closer.
