any recommendation for not so costly PBN hosting method? I hosted a few on hostnine with different IP but would like to diversify the rest

pbn works on local but the problem comes when you want to rank .com .(your local) together. I've no problem ranking top in .com but when it comes with local .(Taiwan).. or (.ID).. they couldn't rank in page 1.
