So Ive been doing PPC management for a client for four years. My ROI on their investment every month is excellent. Assuming the revenue for a new patient is $1000, I'm generating $190k per year on a yearly investment of $25k. That being said, SEO has always been second fiddle. The site ranks number 1 or 2 for all the proper local terms and thats just from site age, business age, and the on page work Ive done as well as the citation claims I've done. I want to expand. PPC is my bread and butter but I know enough about websites and internet marketing that I know I can succeed. My thing is I just dont have a process in place. Where can I learn these things? I thought about going to work for a company for a little to see the day to day processes that are involved with the clients but to me its morally wrong to do that with the intention of competing. Are there classes out there that show the ins and outs of running a SEO firm? I'm kinda lost on how it all happens.
