Work smart, not hard.
No truer word spoken. Well said!
Work smart, not hard.
Pretty much this is a daunting truth, especially if the site is for a professional like a doctor or lawyer in a larger population city. Not only are you fighting people w/ the established web presence, but also trying to get up ahead of the abouts, yellow pages sites, etc. In those cases it's way more beneficial to try to target specific services that the site/client will provide, and not just something like "Doctor New York" or "Atlanta Attorney".
but you can still sell them on the idea of your services so that they have a SECOND listing and double up their chances of capturing business...
Very interesting discussion. Posting to subscribe. I recently started to work for local company that needs to rank for some medium difficulty keywords. I don't know why some people are so aggressive and annoyed about people sharing their knowledge to each other.
I use only Scrapebox and Senuke X. They are awesome tools. (I never use to blast main site ) thinking to add AMR or BMD to my list.
I'll post the results of my work in the future.
I agree. I try to do both and balance backlinks between those two.Just remember quality over quantity... 1 high quality unqiue blog post on a high authority high PR domain will be much more value than 10 spun web2.0sSometimes more "organic" or "manual" work will work better than automation

Actual high PageRank links, pages with PageRank, not pages with PRN/A or PR0 from a high PR domain.
However you can achieve this, paid, begging, services on BHW, etc. When you really begin to break down the top rankings for competitive keywords on Google, you'll begin to notice a large trend of artificial high PR backlinks.
