Local SEO: Custom Caller ID

Hi guys,

How do we go about setting up a custom caller id for outbound calls so that it matches the business name in GMB.

So, instead of hte landline showing up - it will be the business name instead

Why? I feel like there is a better pick up rate if people know who is calling them - business as oppsoed to a bunch of numbers.

If you're using Twilio https://support.twilio.com/hc/en-us...erified-Phone-Number-or-Caller-ID-with-Twilio . It depends on your phone number provider.
