For the review, @tracksrail provided me with a license for this Chrome extension.

If I made one of my boring videos for this you would see it works exactly as described and is not buggy in the least bit. I've had other tools for grabbing local contact information in the past and this is much cleaner than the ones I have tried and bought in the past.

If you provide local services whether it be SEO, Social Media, sell local advertising, offer window washing, or anything else that a local business would need this is a very handy tool to have in your arsenal.

In fact I'd go as far as to say that if you could not get the cost of the tool back fro your first sale using this you are missing the boat in what you are selling in terms of profit margin.

Interesting. But I don't see the portion on the video whereby it says that a listing is unclaimed?

Will Google ban my IP if I scrape too many listings?

The unclaimed listing option is the latest addition and hence not covered in the video. You can view the screenshot for reference. Rest assured the feature does exist and works smoothly.

Yes, it will get your IP banned if you use it excessively in 1 go. Too much of anything is not good. as Local Leads Studio comes with a Lifetime License hence use it in a smart way.

how wide can you cast the "net"? like can i set a state (province) wide search or country wide search? i'm looking to get as many leads for one niche from as little manual work as possible

You can cast the net as wide as you want. You can search province-wide, statewide, countrywide, or narrow down to (near me) of your location. There are no rules. As long as Google map supports the geographic spread Local Leads Studio will scrape the data for you.

Keep 45-60 minutes gap between every 100 results export.
