Local Lead Gen- My Clients/ Our Combined Work

I've got local clients. I get them leads my own ways but am trying to expand into local seo. I'm getting there slowly on my own but I figured I'd see if any local ninja's out there want a project.

Revenue split based on effort and cost share. Please only people with experience in local seo.

I have a sales team and $30k in investment backing looking to find a JV who can handle lead generation campaigns through facebook and adwords.. We will find the clients, land the deals and handle client relations. We are looking for someone to handle the lead generation campaigns on the back end. Perfect I prefer back-end work anyway. For cheap calls, AdWords is the way to go, for cheap form completed, Facebook is usually better, but AdWords has some advantages too.
