Totally agree. Way too many people just toss citations everywhere ,wrong name formats, junk directories, no consistency ,and then wonder why nothing moves. When you focus on quality and relevance, and keep the data clean across the board, that’s when citations actually do their job. It’s not flashy, but it works when done right.

You are right, But If you do Local Citation perfectly for your business website so you get more authority for your website and could rank your local business, and it's cloud be help improve ranking.
