Local business Google ad not showing

Hi everyone, as the title says, my google ad is not showing. I have no experience with google ads and recently created a campaign for my friend's local business. The competition is 0. There are no other ads for my keywords. They take money from me daily, but the ad is not visible when one of the keywords is typed on google. It only shows the ad on the phone from which the campaign was created. I really don't have any experience, so if anyone is willing to give me some advice if they had a similar problem?

what type of campaign did you create? Did you check if the ad triggers while being incognito?

Hello, also your ad might not be showing because your account is on "freeze". This might happen when your offer looks suspicious to Google moderators and they need som time to manually check it. Eventually it will be fine, if everything is launched due to the Google Ads policy and you are not breaking any rules.
 
Check your ad approval status, budget, targeting settings, and keyword match types, and give it 24 hours to start showing.
 
What does your cloaking setup look like?
 
Make sure your ad is approved, check your budget and bidding settings and double check your targeting and keywords. Sometimes small tweaks can make a big difference
 
maybe your ad budget is too low or the ad’s quality score needs improvement try increasing your bid or tweaking the ad copy for better relevance.

See that your campaign settings are correctly configured. Verify that your campaign is active, your daily budget is sufficient, and your targeting settings are relevant for your keywords.
 
Try checking your location settings, make sure your ad’s set for both desktop and mobile, and give it some time Google ads can be a bit slow to wake up!
