NO, you may get an account termination! don't mess with copyrights materials + livestreams they will punish harder than they do for regular videos...
on the best case you will get your livestream option disabled (permanently) + a strike
livestream is the best way to get subs and grow the channel, you can try to stream similar content that is not copyrighted
you can trick and use same titles and tags but don't actually show any copyright content, some idea i used was to stream a message that
"the movie [the movie name] can not be watch here due to copyright...bla bla bla, but iv'e contacted the big studios to get licences for streaming great movies bla bla bla... stay tuned - subscribe to get notified..."
