This has already been discussed with my friend today. I have all the equipment here to do it, you can buy digital fish food dispensers for when your on holiday, its just a matter of opening one up and wiring it up to the usb port and it can receive commands to dispense at will.

Here is a picture I took of the bits I used before I started. The first camera i stripped down was a little too big for the waterproof housing, so I went and got a logitec one with auto focus.
drilled a small hole in the back of the case, then soldered the usb extension cable, glued the circuit board in place and sealed around the hole i drilled.

I have a guy building a stand for my new tank, which is going to be 350 gallons and weigh over 1300 kilograms. That will arrive next week, then Im going to setup a few cameras inside the tank and run a live feed with some adsense on it
