-LIVE CASE STUDY! Follow what we do and how we rank!!!!!!!--

Nice thread, OP. I'm not sure, but I've seen on your screenshots that you are ranking a dutch site. My question is if you manage to rank it only with links on english websites, or do you have links on dutch sites too, just to make it look more natural to google?

I'm not sure where your seeing that. But no, it wasn't a dutch site we were ranking.

nevermind, there was a screenshot on the previous page and I've mistaken it as being yours...sorry

Thank you for providing this case study. It's good to see for myself how a site can rank with certain backlinks given, easily in 2 weeks. Hope to see your site ranking no 1 soon, and will definitely try out your methods on my site too ( not ranking so well thus far)

Were the initial linkwheel/article links on Web 2 blog properties or were they on quality article directories?

Linkwheel building can be either a slow process or a fast process depending on whether you use automated tools or not. tools like senuke, linkwheel builder in rankbuilder or linkwheel bndits can probably create you linkwheels of 18 sites(like OP) in an hour or so. Manual probably takes much longer, up to a day for 18 site account creation.. Beautifying the sites and stuff like that.

The important thing is the quality of the article of course.. And if you really want to, simply log into the sites your tool created and make changes in themes and adjustments yourself.. Grants you quality and speed at the same time.

Yup, this is the right idea =)

Ey, that was my site and it was indeed a Dutch site. I used only English links to rank it, but I'm now nr10 for main keyword.

I know this thread isn't about the Dutch site of which there was a screenshot posted but I am really interested in the question asked here.

When trying to improve rankings for a Dutch website for dutch google. Does it help to build backlinks on non-dutch domain sites?

sorry to be off topic

It helps, we know for sure it works. But we haven't done enough tests to tell how well it works.

Hey HKSEO, once your ranking in the top 3 in a niche that's not affiliate/cutthroat related, how often do you promote after achieving that? What is your maintenance regimen if you don't mind revealing?

Typically maintenance is generally 5 articles a day from our HighPR Network, with some "this and that" every now and then.
