can anyone tell me if like programs such as hide my ip and tor are any good for spamming youtube using diff i.ps because so many people must use these to programs already to spam youtube meaning these accounts will get banned? if so can someone tell me what proxys to use and how to use them please i really need some help here it would be much appreciated
