Hello, does someone have a list of qualitative blogs to put on links for link building? Thanks!

Define "qualitative blogs"!

Do you mean web 2.0s (they are technically blogs, not sure how qualitative though), or sites to do guest posting outreach? Because if it's web 2.0s that you're interested in there are many lists on BHW, just run a search. But web 2.0 links are pretty useless by themselves, so you'll waste your time with them if you want to rank for decent keywords. They might still work for long tail keywords in non-competitive niches, but I've not tried them so I can't say for sure.

And if you mean sites that offer guest posting opportunity well, here are a few sources that you can try, but I don't guarantee any results:

You can check this thread for web 2.0. Those links will help to diversify the backlink profile, has less value when compared to other types of backlinks.
