where can I get a manual backlink list so I can do it myself ?

Try searching on the forum there are multiple lists. Just search for backlink list. A quick search pulled up this for web2.0

Yes, there are some services you can use like Fiverr.com, Backlinkerr.com and Upwork.com, Guru.com.
However, in Fiverr you have to choose one person or company and rely on it, in Backlinkerr you post your project and multiple freelancers from around the world work on your project simultaneously, the cool thing I like is their review team verify the quality of the back links for you. And in Upwork and Guru you will have to post a project, people will bid on your project, you’ll have to select one.
There are many more like Facebook groups but that is very laborious work to find the right people.

If you're still looking for source that could build foundational backlinks like web2.0, profile, forums then I've one! I usually give order to them!

good list but lots of sites expire now days
