That's right, we have such point in our terms of services. issocr, thank you for the clarification! It is very much appreciated!
wtf ?!?
you remove the customers funds for inactivity after 180 days?? what for?
For real its not your money, its a deposit of the customer, you can not take the right to take their money....sounds really wired

It's actually quite common to remove funds after some inactivity as a service fee. Nevertheless I wouldn't do it anyway. But it's their way to handle things and imo it's ok after enough time of inactivity.

I disagree, thats not a common thing. What would you say if your bank removex your funds from your account due to inactivity???
Or if paypal removes your funds from your balance?? never heard about that...absolutely not customer friendly

memme, such situations happen very seldom as the majority of our customers buy links aiming to reach prominent results, that is why they make payments on time. When a customer signs in after some inactive period and wants to continue using our services we return money to his/ her account on first demand.

and why do you take the money away first time? what is the reason for that?

We've been working by the terms mentioned in our ToS since 2009, these rules were made up by the founder of the company from the very beginning. Today we have thousands of customers satisfied with our services and we do our best to make them happy. If any issues arise they can be sure we will solve any of them.
