Links from same domain/page?

I know that having multiple links from the same page or same domain to your website is almost useless, but what happens if I link to my homepage from one site, then want the linkjuice from that same site to a secondary page on my own website.
Will the two links count if they are to different pages? Or will one page move not all in rank while the other thrives?

Also, I just started a new domain and don't really know much about link velocity. What is a good rate to start building links at to get up in the SERPs?

I think you are looking at this in too much depth.

One link from one of your sites to the other will help, but multiple links from one site to another will also help.

I've personally tested this out and it's called Site Wide Links.

Example: Any site that is added to my website within 1 month gets about 2k-5k backlinks because my website has over 10,000+ pages on it.

And if you are talking about A-B-C backlinking, then that works well too.

Ex. Site 1 links to Site 2 and Site 2 links to Site 3 and Site 3 links to Site 1.

Let me give you a Secret it's not about how many backlinks that you have total, but the different amount of IP addresses that they come from. A perfect example is xhamster.com with a PR 4, and an Alexa Ranking of 69! (8 Million Visitors PER DAY!)

He has only about 9,000+ IP Addresses linking to him, but Yahoo says that the site has over 985,000+ backlinks, which is incorrect for SEO purposes.

How about a good link velocity for sites launched? This is day 1 of the site's launch. How many links should I build per day?

Building it constantly and on the rise is the go, I even have it in seasonal trendings, like this month I take in 5,000 links, the other month lower it to 1,000 then on the third month 7,000. That way it keeps making it all random
