Linking to Multiply Niche Sites from Same Guest Posts - Share your Thoughts

Hi guys,

I will be very grateful if you share your thoughts / experience about linking to multiply niche sites from same guest posts.

Let me tell you exactly what i mean.

Lets say you have 3 sites in the same niche ( no need to mention that everything is unique - e.g. hosting, whois, theme..)

The 1st site targeting: "blue widgets", 2ond: "red widgets" and 3th: "green widgets".
Since all of them are in the same niche I'm planning to order guest posts with links to all 3 websites.
Do you think that this can trigger some kind of Google flag?

P.S: I want to state that these websites are not new - they are aged and have backlinks already and the backlink profile of every of those 3 websites is highly diverse.

i often think about it but never actually tested it.


if the question is if they can spot it, yes they can (what they cant?). 3 sites is nothing, but on larger scale could be troublesome

if the question is if they devalue links like these or penalise, then no clue

I also never tested this but when I doing guest posts - I always link to 2 - 3 - 4 or 5 other sites to make the link look natural. So why not link to my own sites . This way I can order 100 guest posts instead of 300.

Might work if you do that once or twice but with dozens of guest posts you'll create a really huge footprint. It's less concerning as these are not pbn links, but it's very unnatural imo when dozens of normal sites link to the same three sites.

You are right about the footprint but every link building strategy leave huge footprints. The only way to gain natural links is to have outstanding content or to be a big brand but that doesn't work for small business owners. Who wants to link to lets say a small PC repair shop in Alaska? So in terms of footprints - i doubt there is a small business website on earth with 100% natural backlink profile. These are just my 2 cents but I hope someone with more experience to share some real results.
