Hey guys. I was wondering if there is any way to link from my site to affiliates without losing PR juice. From what I know even using the nofollow results in losing juice, it isn't just transferred to the linked domain. I was thinking something like java (like in adsense) , is this actually possible ?

No you shouldn't, you should nofollow all links that you're not personally recommending like affiliate links, business deals!
Having a ******** to wikipedia, ebay, microsoft would be seen as a good thing
