Linking to an affiliate without losing PR juice

Hey guys. I was wondering if there is any way to link from my site to affiliates without losing PR juice. From what I know even using the nofollow results in losing juice, it isn't just transferred to the linked domain. I was thinking something like java (like in adsense) , is this actually possible ?

Nofollow is the basic way of doing it, and the easiest!

You should always write the link in flash or java, or if you're that bothered don't link to it

Yes, you can nofollow your all external links!

No you shouldn't, you should nofollow all links that you're not personally recommending like affiliate links, business deals!

Having a ******** to wikipedia, ebay, microsoft would be seen as a good thing
