Backlinks in homepage or in headers of all pages ?

Targeting the homepage or random pages ?

Random is better or organisation for have a beautiful link juice on every websites ?

If same domain will intersect in all network soon or later after a manual review everything is destroyed.

A big network around get destroyed like that and many will follow for sure.
